More Apples

The official count now is 8 pints and 9 quarts of applesauce. Plus 2 quarts of apple rings. A word of advice. don't use cooking apples for apple rings. They turn out mooshy. They taste wonderful, but look weird. I think that I'm appled out. When the good eating apples are ready, I may make some more but, for now, I'm pooped. Of course the kids had to sample all the way thru!
