So, Blue Mashed Taters Huh?

I'm going to take you on a journey. A journey of the blue potato from garden to table. Here, you see the blue potato after it has been washed, just prior to prepping it for dinner.

And here, it the blue potato peeled.

And here it is quartered. Isn't that pretty?!

This is what it looks like diced in the pot.

And here folks, is the final result. A barely tinted blue mashed potato. Was it really worth all that effort? Hmmm....Well, it was fun to try, it was cool to see the insides of the blue tater, it tasted the same as any other. I guess it was worth it for a short while anyway!

Well, I have some great news! Yup, Dr. O got a job. An honest to goodness job. He started this morning. God heard and answered our prayers. Whoo Hoo! Things are beginning to look up for us again! Anyway, God is supplying all our needs according to His riches in Glory. Are we out of the woods yet? No, but, we are going to get there.

Well, so long for now!

Ok, so blue mashed potatoes after they are mashed certainly don't look like I thought they would. I would for sure eat them. So, that goes to show, one should not say, "ewww" without knowing the facts.

I'm so glad that Dr. O got a job. God does and will provide.
